Austen is now mobile( I really am excited) and she is learning new things everyday!

Cake # 3

This is the latest cake that I have made. My friend asked me to make it for her daughters 3rd birthday. It was a strawberry shortcake cake! I am glad how it turned out.

Whining!

I don't know if any of you mother's out there experience whiny children but in the Wilsterman household we do! Constantly! I am always saying, " Stop whining," " Whining is a language I don't understand," You know all the cute little saying to get your kids to just talk normally. Anyhow I asked Daphnee for some kisses and she ignored me ( once again does anyone else experience their children ignoring them) I started to say in a whiny voice. " I want some Daphnee kisses." She looks at me and says, " I'll give you kisses if you stop whining!" Yep she is definately my child.

After a very short and shocking labor ( I still hold the record at the birth center)Daphnee was born August 20, 2008. She weighed in at 7 lbs and 4 oz. she was 19 3/4 inches long.

Look who is 3! Even though Daphnee was very unexpected we wouldn't have it any other way! We love her so much! Happy Birthday D!

Wedding Cake

My sister Brooke got married this past Friday July 22nd. When we were talking about the details of the wedding I asked what her wedding cake was going to look like. She told me that she wasn't going to have a wedding cake! WHAT! I was appalled to I decided to put my newly learned cake skills to work! What do you think?
