Swollen with Joy!

These last few days I have been dying of heat. The weather has not given us a break. I guess that it what I get for being pregnant in the summer. My hands and feet have never been as swollen as the last few days. I can barely walk and of course there in no way that I could even attempt to put my wedding ring on. I feel like a huge marshmallow! Only 3 more weeks to go! All I can say it the swelling better go down!

Step by Step

McKaylee took her first steps about a week ago. We tried to get it on camera, but once we pulled it out she didn't want to perform. Then she went back to what she knows best; crawling. She started to try walking again. She has taken a bunch of steps and when she is done walking she claps her hands for herself! What a cutie!

Musical Prodigy

The other day I was going about cleaning the house and I heard some music coming from the front room. It was coming from my piano. I looked around the corner and sure enough McKaylee was standing up playing a beautiful song.

Hmm... I don't know

McKaylee started doing the cutest thing the other day. We would ask her a question and she would put her hand up like "I don't know." We started laughing so of course she knows that she was being cute and now she does it all the time.

Russ had just bought a new pair of sunglasses and McKaylee wanted to put hers on so that she could look just like daddy. She normally won't wear the sunglasses inside the house but since daddy had his on she couldn't let him be the only one!
